We collect information you provide when registering (name, email, workspace name), email addresses you submit for verification (processed in-memory, not stored beyond 90 days for free plans), and payment information processed via Stripe, PayPal, or Razorpay.
We use your data to provide email verification services, process payments, send transactional emails (credit alerts, job completions), and improve our service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Verification results: 90 days (Free plan), 1 year (paid plans). Audit logs: 60 days. Webhook deliveries: 30 days. You can request data export or deletion at any time via Settings.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes. Integration tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted. Passwords use bcrypt with cost factor 12.
You have the right to access, export, and delete your data. Use POST /account/export-data for a full data export and POST /account/delete to request deletion. Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of request.
We use essential cookies only (authentication tokens stored in localStorage). No third-party tracking cookies.
