We want you to be confident in VerifyBuddy. This policy explains how refunds work.
The Free plan includes 100 one-time credits at no cost, so you can evaluate the full 14-layer engine before paying anything.
If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund of that charge. After 7 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but you may cancel at any time to stop future billing; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused whole months remaining, less any discount already applied, at our discretion.
Credit packs are consumable. Unused packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 10% of the credits have been used.
Accounts found to be abusing the refund process, or violating our Acceptable Use Policy, are not eligible for refunds.
Email billing@verifybuddy.xyz with your account email and reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
